Patrick Hulley is the founder of the company that has become RE/MAX RISE Executives, Brokerage. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing with a specialty in multifamily investments and development land acquisition. He is also a partner and co-team founder of Your Realty Group, a Diamond Award Winning Real Estate Team within RE/MAX RISE. Through the partnership affiliation with Your Realty Group, Patrick can provide not only the experience in the acquisition of development land, but also offer team and management experience to take a project through from land acquisition to sell-out. Patrick’s core focus is commercial real estate, and through his association with Billy Peach, REALTOR®, the collective team provides turnkey support for managing new home and condo development sales. Patrick’s experience includes the direct involvement in sales of well over 1,000 new homes and condos and large-scale acquisitions that include up to 450 condos in one sale through to the direct involvement in hundreds of acres of development land sales, over 1,000 multi family units and 1,000s of sq.ft. of leased commercial real estate.
