Patrick Hulley is a seasoned commercial real estate professional who has taken part in thousands of acres of development land sales, square footage leased, and multi-family unit transactions. He has been deeply involved in the entire process — from development, rezoning, and building to securing development permit approvals, right through to leasing the doors on the finished product.

Patrick’s background is in Civil Engineering, but he left his role at the Royal Military College of Canada to pursue a career in real estate — and 30 years later, he’s never looked back. Commercial real estate has proven a natural fit for someone with an engineering mindset: engineers like solving problems, finding solutions, and matching the right fit.

He has written for national publications, participated on leadership panels, and received numerous awards of recognition, including the Diamond Team Award and the Chairman’s Club Production Award. Patrick is also the founder of the company that became RE/MAX RISE Executives and is a designated RE/MAX Commercial agent.

Patrick is proud to serve as a Citizens Advisory Member of the Lennox and Addington Economic Development Coalition, where he contributes to regional planning and economic growth initiatives.

If you visit Patrick’s Instagram page, you won’t find any commercial real estate — outside of work, he’s a passionate amateur photographer who goes to great lengths to get the shot, from the Amazon Basin to hanging out with polar bears near the Arctic Circle. His photography has received both national and international recognition.
